Exchanges: Need a different size? We offer easy exchanges for in-stock items. Just let us know in your return request email, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Return Guidelines

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. - Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. - Final sale items, gift cards, and custom or worn items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at jen@elnapparel.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. 2. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions. 3. Ship your return back using your preferred carrier (we recommend a trackable method). 4. Once received and approved, you'll receive store credit in the form of a gift card code to use toward your next ELN purchase. 

Your Confidence, Our Priority

We want you to love what you wear - on and off the court. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Because we produce limited-run collections, we do not offer refunds at this time.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
